Good Sending Practices to Respect

- OPT-IN AND THE CONSENT OF THE CONTACT
Your databases must be OPT-IN (recipients who have validly consented to receive your emails). Databases purchased, leased, harvested, borrowed, exchanged or otherwise have no legitimacy and their uses are prohibited. - IDENTIFICATION OF THE SENDER
You must identify yourself clearly when sending emails: domains of mails should be related to your site, url of redirection on your site, whois records should not be obfuscated, easy methods of contacting you should be provided, link to your legal notice, CNIL declaration, etc. - UNLAWFUL AND ILLEGAL EMAILS
Ensure that the contents of e-mails sent to recipients do not infringe the rights of third parties (counterfeiting, plagiarism, violation of the right to privacy, misleading commercial practice, denigration, unfair competition etc.).
Do not collect or process personal data that reveal, directly or indirectly, racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions or trade union membership, or relating to health or Sexual orientation of these - UNSUBSCRIBE LINK
An unsubscribe link is mandatory in each emailing or newsletter (LCEN 2004 law). You can also unsubscribe by email or redirect to a custom unsubscribe form. - MARKETING PRESSURE AND PRACTICES
You must not harass your contacts with excessive emails and newsletters (LCEN law, 2004)
