A7 Emailing is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and website visitors, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

01. Data controller

The data controller for the data collected on this site is A7 Interactive SARL, represented by Gilles Sabas, 20 avenue de Fontvieille, 98000 Monaco (RCI 14S06281, CCIN declaration no. 201604703). See also the legal notice.

02. Data collected

We collect only the data necessary for our services:

  • Account data: name, business email address, company, billing details.
  • Campaign data: the contact databases you import, which you remain the owner of and responsible for.
  • Usage data: connection logs, deliverability statistics and performance measurements.
  • Website forms (contact and subscription request): name, company, email address, message and chosen offer.

Anti-spam protection of the forms: the server uses a hidden trap field, a minimum delay before sending and a limit on the number of messages per connection. For this limit, an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address is stored temporarily on the server, for one hour at most, and then deleted.

03. Purposes & legal bases

Your data is processed for specific purposes:

  • Performance of the contract: provision of the platform, campaign routing and invoicing.
  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and continuous improvement of the service.
  • Consent: replying to your requests sent via the forms (tick box) and commercial communications, which can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Legal obligation: retention of accounting documents and responding to requisitions.

04. Recipients & processors

Your data is never sold. It is accessible only to authorised internal teams and to technical processors (hosting, payment, email sending) bound by GDPR-compliant agreements.

As a processor of your own campaigns, A7 Emailing uses your contact databases only to carry out the sends you order.

05. Retention period

  • Account data: for the duration of the contractual relationship.
  • Billing data: 10 years, in accordance with accounting obligations.
  • Technical logs: 12 months.
  • Requests sent via the website forms: 3 years after the last exchange.

06. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. You can exercise them by writing to contact@a7emailing.com or by post to A7 Interactive SARL, 20 avenue de Fontvieille, 98000 Monaco.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CCIN (Monaco) or the CNIL (cnil.fr).

07. Security & cookies

We implement technical and organisational measures (encryption, access segregation, supervision) to protect your data against unauthorised access.
